Complex Feature: GST-Compliant Invoicing
One of the most intricate features was the ability for vendors to generate state-specific GST invoices based on participants' locations. Since training sessions often included employees from multiple states, the system needed to:
  • Identify state of each participant
  • Determine whether intra-state or inter-state GST applies
  • Split and compute invoice values accordingly
  • Allow vendors to generate downloadable, compliant invoices directly from the system
